Para nuevos proyectos en el Sector Energía en uno de nuestros clientes, precisamos un Strategic Buyer, zona de Pamplona. En dependencia del Director de Proyectos sus funciones principales serán:

Responsabilidades:

Handling of complex assignments associated with Indirect Spend regarding different commodities like Tooling & consumables, Catalogization (marketplaces and e-commerces used in the company), Facility Management and Training.
Data extraction and analysis. Generation of insights. Analytical profile.
Maintain and improve relationship with internal business partner as a key account.
Solutions oriented.

Obtaining budgets and specifications.
Participation in developments
Improvement and coordination of shared processes.
Anticipate the need via a constant communication.
Understand the pain point of your business partner

Have a leading role during the whole procurement phase and strategy development.
Animate and define the pace at each step. Be a constant link between Internal and external business partner during all the negotiation.
Global cost optimization through innovation, negotiations, cost driver identification, working capital management, process improvement.
Ability to manage Total Cost of Ownership and see beyond the purchasing phase.
Supplier Base optimization. Maintain relationship to preferred supplier, source new suppliers and drive to a pragmatic and optimized IoT of suppliers.
Maintain the Price data base UpToDate
Lead the process until contract signature and support Tactical purchasing team for the P.O creation.
Contracts creation and negotiation. Presentation of the contract to the internal business partner and follow up with contract management.

Requerimientos:

3 years of experience in Indirect Spend or purchasing environment, managing related categories.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
English and Spanish fluent is a must, French and German are a big plus.
High level of Microsoft Excel and strong analytical skills.
Proven effective negotiation skills.
Proven ability for cross functional cooperation.
Advanced problem-solving skills and proactivity
Project Management and Leadership skills are welcomed.
