Job Description:


  • Manages the delivery of large, complex projects using appropriate frameworks and collaborating with sponsors to manage scope and risk.

  • Drives profitability and continued success by managing service quality and cost and leading delivery.

  • Measures and communicates progress to leadership within committed time frames.

  • Proactively support sales through innovative solutions and delivery excellence.

  • Lead the service delivery strategy across one or more client portfolios.

  • Address performance issues and implement continuous improvement plans to achieve project targets and SLA commitments.

  • Manage people engagement, recruiting, and staffing to optimize delivery targets.


  • Job Requirements:


  • Advanced proficiency in Workday Core HCM

  • Advanced proficiency in Workday Core Compensation

  • Advanced proficiency in Cloud TM

  • Advanced proficiency in Account Delivery Management.

  • A minimum of 8 years of experience in relevant related skills.

  • Bachelor's Degree in relevant field of studies
