Job Description:
Manages the delivery of large, complex projects using appropriate frameworks and collaborating with sponsors to manage scope and risk.
Drives profitability and continued success by managing service quality and cost and leading delivery.
Measures and communicates progress to leadership within committed time frames.
Proactively support sales through innovative solutions and delivery excellence.
Lead the service delivery strategy across one or more client portfolios.
Address performance issues and implement continuous improvement plans to achieve project targets and SLA commitments.
Manage people engagement, recruiting, and staffing to optimize delivery targets.
