We are seeking a Sr. Salesforce Product Manager with expertise in Salesforce Sales Cloud, CPQ, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud. You support the execution of Salesforce initiatives to drive growth, efficiency, and customer success. This role requires deep Salesforce knowledge, a product-oriented mindset, and strong collaboration skills in a fast-paced SaaS environment.
What You’ll Be Doing As A Part of Our Team
Align Salesforce capabilities with company goals by identifying and prioritizing impactful initiatives.
Translate complex business needs into actionable product requirements, user stories, and process flows.
Scope and prioritize features using a data-driven approach.
Build relationships with key stakeholders across RevOps, Customer Experience, Finance, Marketing, and Engineering.
Communicate product vision, priorities, and outcomes effectively to leadership and stakeholders.
Lead initiatives to optimize Salesforce usage, aligning solutions with evolving business needs.
Balance tactical needs with strategic goals to ensure sustainable progress.
Serve as a thought leader on Salesforce best practices, architecture, and data models.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, high-quality solutions.
Leverage Agile methodologies to plan and execute efficiently.
What You Should Have To Qualify
5+ years of hands-on Salesforce implementation experience (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, CPQ, Billing, Experience Cloud).
3+ years as a Product Manager, Sr. Business Systems Analyst, or Product Owner in an Agile environment.
Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development process
Ability to present your designs and sell your solutions to various stakeholders
Ability to solve problems creatively and effectively
Advanced business processs mapping and data modeling experience.
Strong understanding of Salesforce data models, integration patterns, and customization.
Proven success in managing SaaS enterprise systems and integrations.
Proficiency in tools like Jira, Slack, Google Sheets, Google Slides, and LucidChart.
Salesforce certifications (at least 4 preferred): Business Analyst, Administrator, CPQ Specialist, Sales Cloud Consultant, etc.
Ideally, You Would Also Have These
Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business, or related field.
Working knowledge of MuleSoft Anypoint.
Experience integrating ERP systems with Salesforce CPQ.
