Responsibilities
Own requirements gathering, project planning, implementation, and deployment support for our global clients and partners
Proactively partner with commercial and technical stakeholders, regularly educating them on solutions and deployment process while serving as a key partner to their success
Closely collaborate with developers, designers, and deployment managers to integrate suite of technology with client applications
Investigate and diagnose hardware and software challenges alongside delivery teams to ensure solution quality and sustainability
Facilitate client status meetings to manage scope and schedule of multiple, often concurrent deployments
Qualifications
3+ years of IT project management or technical consultancy experience in a hardware or software company
Self-starter by nature with applied knowledge of agile software development processes and a strong interest in learning about indoor location technology
High-performer with an exceptional record of getting things done in a fast-paced, analytical environment
Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to solve problems and foster relationships with technical and commercial stakeholders
Process-oriented with an eye for detail and improvements
Ability to communicate in English fluently and idiomatically
Preferred Qualifications
BS or MS degree in a relevant technology or management field (Computer Science is a plus)
Experience with project management tools (Jira, Smartsheet, Google Suite, MS Office, MS Project)
Project Management Professional (PMP)
The salary range for this role is $62,000 to $85,000 or the hourly equivalent. Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, Turnberry Solutions offers benefits such as, a comprehensive healthcare package (medical, dental, vision), disability and group term life insurance, health and flexible spending accounts, utilization bonus, 401k, flexible time off for salaried employees, and flexible work arrangements (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements).
