Job description

This is a remote position.

The Contingent Plan is actively recruiting an experienced project manager for its client based in the Twin Cities. This is a W2, temporary assignment that is expected to last 12 months. The role is remote, but our client prefers candidates in the Minnesota, WI, IA, SD, or ND area. Candidates outside of that area will only be considered if they are a perfect fit for the role. 

Compensation is competitive and depends on experience. Sorry, there is no sponsorship available for the assignment. This is an immediate need and our client will move quickly with the right candidates.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide leadership for program/project for projects with enterprise systems and their modernization including technical, resource, schedule, communication and financial plans.
  • Management of pre-identified technical project portfolios including system modernization.
  • Communicate and incorporate business owner’s visions, business plans, and key objectives.
  • Provide updates as required by the department, leadership, and stakeholders across departments.
  • Provide project management and vendor management mentoring to the enterprise and junior staff as needed.
  • Foster a culture that supports and drives staff engagement and collaboration in support of the client objectives.
  • Establish, manage, and leverage business and technology relationships both internal and external to the System Modernization IT solutions.
  • Provide knowledge transfer.
  • Provide strategic vision and thinking with focus on outcomes
  • Create clear and attainable project/program objectives
  • Create clear and attainable project/program requirements
  • Manage program/project constraints of cost, time and scope


Requirements

·        Four years of experience with IBM Cúram solution for healthcare reform.

·        Four years of experience working with Independent Validation and Verification (IV&V) process.

·        Four years of experience working with the Federal Government’s Advance Planning Document (APD) process.

·        Six or more years of experience with IBM Cúram solution for healthcare reform and/or downstream integrated systems that consume or use the Curam healthcare data.
