SUMMARY/POSITION OBJECTIVE
The Senior Commercial Business Coordinator is responsible for supporting the execution of Country Business priorities. This role involves coordinating and optimizing processes to ensure efficient business operations, facilitating communication between departments, coordinating and enabling execution of internal or external events, and supporting strategic initiatives. The incumbent will work closely with cross-functional teams to execute on projects and support activities that ensure the operational running of the local business, and manage.
JOB DUTIES
Marketing/Sales & General Support
• Liaise with Marketing vendors to order marketing materials and distribute to sales
• Liaise with Sales Manager to organize both Teambuilding /Sales training Events
• Assist sales organization in ordering and distributing materials
• Support in administrative execution of local marketing projects / initiatives
• Support running of regular operational meetings
• Assist in functional onboarding and offboarding of employees
• Assist in administrative tasks across business area
Procurement: Vendor and Payment Support
• Liaise with business functions to complete new vendor requests to support procurement processes (e.g., vendor onboarding)
• Facilitate contract execution and management process
• Link with the vendors as required and be first point of contact to ensure the onboarding process is smooth from initial onboarding to project fulfillment
• Optimize PR (Purchase Requisition) and PO (Purchase Order) process by partnering with the relevant Finance, Global Procurement and Accounts Payable teams to resolve any holds in the process
• Raise PRs and liaise with PO teams, Sourcing and Accounts payable to ensure smooth financial transactions
• Monitoring ordering and spending status
Local Event Management (Meetings & Trainings)
• Coordinate and arrange internal and external meetings including room bookings, contracts, and diary management for the team by partnering event vendors
• Designing agendas and actions and ensuring all are completed
• Coordinate meetings with Vendors/external companies both on and offsite providing Venue, IT and catering support
Project Management Support
• Project manages commercial activities to ensure timelines and required processes by liaising with internal and external stakeholders
• Provide logistical support for in-person off-site training events
• Coordinate with global teams on IT, HR, and Facilities-related initiatives
• Organize team-building events, socials, and site visits
Continuous Process Improvements
• Generate strategic process insights across all responsibilities to optimize processes and implements required changes
JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Self-motivated with ability to perform work with modest level of supervision, handle/prioritize multiple tasks, and support multiple stakeholders
• Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, necessary for daily interaction with management
• Demonstrate structure and organization in daily and project tasks
• Technical proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint etc.)
• Fluent in local language and business proficient English language skills
*Working experiences in pharmaceutical industry is not required
