Job description

As a Talent Acquisition Manager, you will be an essential part of our corporate business support team and be responsible for leading a team of clinical recruiters while also maintaining a personal requisition load, in support of the overall recruiting activities, and outcomes, of assigned team members and territory.

This role requires a visionary leader with a minimum of 7–10 years of experience in talent acquisition, talent management, and strategic workforce planning. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of developing and executing recruitment strategies that attract high-caliber clinical talent across multiple states, while fostering a diverse and inclusive workplace. The role will play a critical part in ensuring workforce stability and sustainability in a fast-paced, multi-site healthcare environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Planning
  • Develop and implement multi-state, multi-clinic talent acquisition strategies to meet the organization's short- and long-term staffing needs.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to align recruitment strategies with organizational growth, workforce planning, and state-specific regulatory requirements.
  • Analyze market trends, licensing requirements, and industry best practices to continuously improve the scalability of recruitment efforts.
  • Establish strategic pipelines for clinicians, ensuring adequate provider coverage across multiple states and clinic locations.


Leadership and Team Management

  • Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing, geographically dispersed talent acquisition team.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement, collaboration, and innovation within the team.
  • Set performance metrics and manage the team to achieve state-specific hiring targets and overall recruitment goals.
  • Build strong partnerships with operational and clinical leaders to anticipate hiring needs and ensure adequate staffing across all sites.


Recruitment Process Optimization:

  • Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process for multi-state clinical and administrative roles, ensuring a seamless and positive candidate experience.
  • Implement efficient and scalable sourcing strategies, including social media, job boards, networking events, and partnerships with healthcare education institutions.
  • Leverage data analytics to track and report on key recruitment metrics, including time-to-fill, provider retention, and market-specific hiring trends.
  • Partner with legal and compliance teams to ensure all hiring practices align with state regulations for clinical licensure and credentialing.


Employer Branding:

  • Enhance the company’s employer brand to attract top healthcare talent in multiple states.
  • Develop and execute marketing and communication strategies to elevate the company’s presence in key healthcare job markets.
  • Collaborate with marketing and communications teams to create compelling state-specific recruitment campaigns.
  • Vendor and Budget Management
  • Manage relationships with external recruitment agencies, RPOs, and technology vendors to support multi-state hiring efforts.
  • Develop and manage the talent acquisition budget, ensuring cost-effective and efficient recruitment practices.


Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 7–10 years of experience in talent acquisition, talent management, or strategic workforce planning.
  • Proven experience in a leadership role, managing recruitment teams and developing strategic, multi-state hiring initiatives.
  • Experience in healthcare recruiting required; mental health experience preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of licensing, credentialing, and regulatory compliance for multi-state healthcare recruitment.


Education:

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or a related field.
