About the Role:
As a Growth Analyst at PriceLabs, you will be responsible for identifying, testing, and optimizing growth opportunities across various marketing channels. You'll use data-driven insights to improve our customer acquisition, retention, and revenue growth strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategize, design, and execute experiments and A/B tests to acquire more customers.
- Analyze user behavior and campaign performance across multiple channels (e.g., email, website, paid advertising) and generate insights. Utilize the insights to develop new experiments.
- Develop and implement new experiments & growth strategies based on insights from previous experiments and industry best practices
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align growth initiatives with overall business objectives
- Create and maintain dashboards to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and communicate insights to stakeholders
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation in our growth marketing efforts
- Stay updated on industry trends and emerging growth marketing techniques
About You:
Required Skills:
- Experience in designing and analyzing marketing experiments across various channels
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to extract actionable insights from experiments and complex data sets
- Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SQL) and A/B testing platforms
- Knowledge of growth marketing principles and metrics
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and critical thinking skills
- Strong communication skills to present findings and recommendations to both technical and non-technical audiences
- Familiarity with marketing automation tools and CRM systems
- Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for implementing tracking and website changes
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Marketing, Business, Statistics, or a related field
- 2-4 years of experience in growth marketing, digital marketing, or a related analytical role
- Demonstrated success in driving growth through data-driven marketing strategies
- Experience in the B2B SaaS industry is a plus
