What You’ll Be Doing

Develop and implement the company's marketing and growth strategy aligned with the company’s overall business objective.
Develop and manage a multi-channel, integrated marketing plan, including digital marketing, content marketing, SEO/SEM, social media, affiliate/KOL and influencer marketing as well as offline activation.
Identify and track key metrics to measure the effectiveness of marketing efforts; making adjustments as necessary to ensure goals are met.
Lead all user communication efforts, ensuring clear, consistent, and effective messaging across all channels and touchpoints, and tailoring communication strategies to specific user segments.
Prepare for regulatory compliance in marketing strategies, ensuring that all marketing efforts are compliant and effectively positioned to leverage potential opportunities arising from regulations.

What We Look For In You

Experience in Marketing/Growth in the FinTech industry.
Exceptional communication skills in English and German
Inspire and motivate the team and external stakeholders, including partners and investors.
Strong interpersonal skills.
Entrepreneurship mentality.
A passion for crypto and digital assets.
Organized and experienced with project management or equivalent.

Nice to Haves

Relevant experience in the crypto industry.
