About the Role

The Senior Manager, Growth Analytics, will take an instrumental role in steering the analytical capabilities that underpin our go-to-market (GTM) strategies. This hands-on role requires managing two direct reports while also taking charge of high-level strategic analysis. You will build and refine complex models to evaluate and enhance GTM effectiveness, turning data into insights that propel our business forward. This position offers the opportunity to significantly impact our growth organization’s performance, as well as, our overall business’s growth by providing data-driven guidance and strategies to senior management and GTM leadership.

Your Area of Focus
  • Develop, maintain, and optimize advanced models to forecast, track, and assess GTM and sales strategies.
  • Conduct thorough analysis of large data sets to uncover trends, identify opportunities, and address performance shortcomings.
  • Lead the preparation of data and insights for our monthly business review, our monthly sales management meeting, and our weekly forecast call 
  • Manage a team of 2 analysts, including developing an analytics roadmap, day-to-day hands on support, and career development.
  • Collaborate closely with GTM leadership to define key performance indicators (KPIs) and deliver regular reports on these metrics.
  • Provide detailed analysis of Growth organization performance data to offer actionable insights aimed at boosting GTM efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Transform complex data sets into understandable and actionable insights for strategic decision-making processes.
  • Offer data-driven recommendations to refine and optimize sales strategies and processes.
Your Professional Qualifications
  • 6-8 years of experience in an analytics role, particularly within B2B SaaS sales operations, GTM strategy, consulting, or a related field, including previous people management experience. 
    • Bonus points for experience in a high-velocity or PLG sales environment
  • Demonstrated ability to construct intricate models and utilize advanced data analysis tools to derive business insights.
  • Prior experience in supporting sales teams or GTM initiatives, with a track record of tangible improvements.
  • Experience with CRM systems such as Salesforce or HubSpot, and BI tools like Tableau or Power BI is preferred.
  • Excellent analytical thinking skills, with a proven ability to translate complex data into clear and impactful business insights.
  • Technical acumen with strong knowledge of current GTM, best practices, sales, account management, and marketing tools.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and levels.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

$130,000$160,000 USD
