About Us: We are a staffing company partnering with an esteemed immigration law firm dedicated to providing exceptional legal services. We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to support our client's legal team and enhance client services.

Position Overview: The Virtual Assistant will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our client's firm by handling various administrative tasks. This is a remote, entry-level position ideal for individuals eager to contribute to a dynamic legal environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Communication:
    • Answer incoming phone calls professionally and direct them appropriately.

    • Schedule consultations and coordinate appointments between clients and attorneys.

    • Send email notifications regarding client appointments and updates.

    • Prepare correspondence for clients on behalf of the office (letters).

  • Payment Processing:
    • Process client payments efficiently and maintain accurate financial records.

  • Document Management:
    • Manage and process incoming mail, including inputting receipt notices into Docketwise, our case management system.

    • Assist in calendaring important court dates and deadlines.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors Degree.

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Spanish.

  • Basic proficiency with computers and familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite.

  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.

  • Detail-oriented with a high degree of accuracy in data entry.

  • Previous experience in administrative roles is a plus but not required.
