We’re seeking an E-Commerce Product Owner to drive the continuous improvement of our Adobe Commerce B2B & D2C stores, partnering closely with IT, business, and functional teams. This individual would report to the Sr. E-Commerce Channel Manager and can be located anywhere in North America - US.
RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:
Product Management:
- Develop and maintain the product backlog and feature roadmap for four existing E-commerce sites and future online properties.
- Gather, analyze, and translate business requirements into actionable product specifications and technical deliverables to drive incremental revenue and enhance customer experience.
- Facilitate cross-functional communication and relationship building with senior leaders and vendors to ensure alignment on vision, scope, goals, and priorities.
- Collaborate with IT to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget, covering all phases from discovery and scope definition to planning, testing, launch, and post-launch support.
- Manage User Acceptance Testing (UAT) by overseeing cross-functional test teams, processes, scripts, and defect tracking.
- Provide stakeholders with timely reports and documentation for all projects.
Daily Operations:
- Oversee daily operations of existing B2B and D2C stores, including product catalog management, pricing, promotions, and website performance.
- Ensure all product listings are accurate, complete, and up-to-date with detailed descriptions, pricing, images, and relevant specifications.
- Perform configuration changes for all stores, systems, products, shipping, and customers in the testing environment and replicate changes in the production environment.
- Regularly monitor Google Search Console for errors, warnings, and performance issues.
- Identify and prioritize errors (e.g., 404 pages, crawl issues) with IT.
- Monitor index coverage and ensure sitemaps are correctly generated and submitted.
- Monitor mobile usability and prioritize issues with IT.
- Monitor and report on fraudulent activity.
EDUCATION:
- Bachelor’s degree required in computer science, business or related field
- Google Ads certification required
- Google Analytics certification required
- BA certification (CCBA or CBAP) strongly desired.
- PMP certification desired
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Strong experience in cross-functional business communication and relationship building w/ senior leaders and vendors.
- Business Analyst experience strongly desired.
- 5+ years of experience managing a Magento/Adobe Commerce store. Additional consideration given to candidates with experience managing multiple stores in a challenging environment.
- Strong knowledge of B2B and D2C E-commerce business operations, ERP, Order Fulfillment, SEO, and SEM best practices.
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies.
- Additional preference for candidates with UI/UX and e-mail marketing experience
- Ability to excel in uncertain environments and adapt as necessary
- Strong influencing skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Outstanding interpersonal skills with an emphasis on building strong team relationships.
- Experience in working with near/offshore system integration partners.
- Experience managing integrations with third-party software (ERP, CMS, CRM).
- Ability to gain a deep understanding of Watts' existing business processes and technical systems.
- Travel less than 10%

The expected salary range for this position is $112,000- $146,000 yearly. Actual compensation will be dependent upon individual skills, experience, qualifications, and applicable laws.
