Job Mission:
Terraformation is on a mission to restore native forests to capture carbon, revive ecosystems, and support communities worldwide. Our Accelerator program develops high-impact carbon sequestration projects, and we need a Program Operations Manager to make it even stronger. In this role, you’ll streamline operations, guide teams through key processes, and identify opportunities to improve how we work. You’ll collaborate across teams—helping projects move faster, ensuring smooth execution, and driving changes that make a real impact.

Location: Remote; US, EST preferred (or GMT)
Salary: $70,000 - 90,000, plus equity (depending on location and experience)
Responsibilities:Guide internal teams through Accelerator processes and serve as the go-to expert for operationsMaintain clear documentation of requirements, best practices, and workflowsIdentify bottlenecks, analyze challenges, and recommend solutions to keep projects on trackTrack project progression, risks, and key performance indicators to support project and portfolio reporting and strategic decision-makingPlan and lead change management initiatives, ensuring smooth adoption of improvementsCoordinate resources and support collaboration across project leads, technical teams, and stakeholdersDevelop tools, templates, and resources to enhance efficiencySupport governance processes by documenting and communicating key changesMinimum Qualifications:5+ years of experience in operations, supply chain, or program managementProven success in process improvement and change managementStrong leadership skills with the ability to influence and collaborate across teamsExperience analyzing operational challenges and implementing effective solutionsTrack record of driving strategic initiatives in complex, multi-stage projectsExperience designing and implementing international development, forest-based, or carbon-certified projects in complex environmentsFlexibility to work across time zones and cultures; some travel requiredBachelor’s degree requiredAbout Terraformation
