The Educational Equality Institute (TEEI) is a Norway-based nonprofit organization dedicated to breaking down barriers to education and professional opportunities. As part of our Mentorship for Ukraine Program, we connect professionals in Norway with Ukrainian mentees to guide them in navigating their careers and settling into Norwegian society.

About the Role
We are seeking passionate individuals across Norway to become mentors. In this role, you’ll act as a trusted advisor, sharing your expertise, offering career guidance, and helping mentees build confidence in their new environment. Sessions can be held online or in person, depending on your preferences.
