Responsibilities
  • Offer high-quality support to users of messaging platforms, addressing their questions and resolving technical challenges efficiently.

  • Assist in onboarding new clients, ensuring they are equipped to maximize their usage of messaging services.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Dutch and English; knowledge of additional languages is an advantage.
  • Experience in customer support or technical support roles, preferably related to messaging or communication technologies.
  • Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills, with attention to detail in resolving issues.
  • Excellent communication skills, particularly in a customer-facing environment.
