  • Provide exceptional customer support to Dutch-speaking clients via phone, email, and live chat.
  • Address client inquiries promptly and effectively to maintain high levels of satisfaction.

  • Accurately document all client interactions in our CRM system.
  • Assist clients during the onboarding process, providing guidance on our services and tools.
  • Identify client needs and offer tailored solutions to enhance their experience.
  • Participate in ongoing training to stay updated on product information and best practices in customer support.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Dutch and English is essential.
  • Prior experience in customer support or a client-facing role is preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills, with a focus on empathy and client satisfaction.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively in a remote environment.
  • Familiarity with customer support software and CRM systems is advantageous.
  • A proactive approach and genuine enthusiasm for assisting clients.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends if necessary.
