Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer support in Czech for inquiries regarding e-cigarette products
• Troubleshoot product-related issues and offer effective solutions
• Educate customers on proper usage and product features
• Document customer interactions accurately in the system
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex inquiries
• Stay informed about industry trends and product developments

Requirements

• Fluency in Czech and English, both written and spoken
• Previous experience in customer service, preferably in the retail or e-cigarette industry
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting
• Knowledge of e-cigarette products and regulations is a plus
• Customer-focused mindset with a passion for providing support
• Proficiency in using customer service software and tools
