Responsibilities
  • Deliver outstanding customer service to Portuguese-speaking clients through phone, email, and chat, addressing inquiries related to automotive products and services.
  • Assist customers with product information, order status, and resolving issues related to their automotive needs.
  • Educate customers about various automotive solutions and promote new and existing products.
  • Handle customer complaints and feedback efficiently while ensuring overall customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain a thorough understanding of current automotive products and the company's offerings.
  • Document all customer interactions accurately for compliance and quality assurance purposes.
  • Collaborate with sales and technical teams to provide comprehensive support to customers.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Portuguese and English, both written and spoken.
  • Previous experience in customer service, particularly in the automotive industry, is preferred.
