Patrique Mercier Recruitment Nordic is excited to announce a great opportunity for a Dutch Speaking Customer Support Specialist for our E-Commerce platform, with relocation support to Greece. In this role, you will play a critical part in providing excellent support to our Dutch-speaking customers, ensuring a seamless shopping experience on our platform. Your primary responsibilities will include resolving customer inquiries, assisting with order-related issues, and providing guidance on product usage. Responsibilities
  • Deliver exceptional customer support to Dutch-speaking clients via email, phone, and live chat.
  • Resolve customer inquiries related to orders, returns, product details, and account issues.
  • Guide customers through the e-commerce platform to ensure a smooth and positive shopping experience.
  • Document customer interactions accurately and follow up on unresolved issues.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to identify and implement process improvements to enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Stay updated with product offerings and promotions to provide informed assistance and recommendations.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Dutch (both written and spoken) is essential; proficiency in English is a plus.
  • Previous experience in customer support or a related field is preferred.
  • Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms and retail practices.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and ability to multitask.
  • Willingness to relocate to Greece and adapt to a new environment.
