Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality customer support via phone, email, and chat in Dutch.
  • Assist customers with inquiries related to transportation software and resolve technical issues.
  • Educate users on product features and functionalities to maximize their experience.
  • Manage and resolve customer complaints in a professional and timely manner.
  • Document customer interactions accurately to maintain quality service.
  • Collaborate closely with team members and other departments to enhance product offerings.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Dutch (both spoken and written) is required.
  • Strong communication skills and a customer-oriented mindset.
  • Previous experience in customer support, especially in the software or technology sector, is preferred.
  • Good problem-solving skills and an eagerness to help customers.
  • Willingness to relocate to Greece and embrace a new cultural environment.
