  • Provide exceptional customer support via phone, email, and chat in Dutch.
  • Assist customers with technical inquiries and troubleshooting related to cyber security products.
  • Efficiently manage and resolve customer complaints and concerns.

  • Document customer interactions accurately, ensuring all inquiries are logged for follow-up.
  • Collaborate with team members to enhance service delivery and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Dutch (both spoken and written) is required.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Previous experience in customer service or technical support roles is preferable.
