Responsibilities
  • Provide excellent customer service via phone, email, and chat to Slovenian-speaking clients.
  • Assist customers with inquiries about car rental options, pricing, and availability.
  • Manage bookings and reservations while ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues effectively to maintain customer satisfaction.
  • Document customer interactions in the system and maintain accurate records.
  • Work collaboratively with team members to improve service delivery and enhance customer experience.

Requirements
