Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough analyses of social media metrics across Nordic markets to produce actionable insights and strategic recommendations for clients.
• Monitor and assess audience engagement and performance trends on various social media platforms.
• Generate detailed reports and presentations that summarize findings and provide data-driven suggestions for optimization.
• Collaborate with marketing teams to develop and implement data-informed social media strategies tailored to different Nordic audiences.
• Utilize analytical tools to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and evaluate the effectiveness of campaigns.
• Stay updated on the latest trends and best practices in social media analytics.
• Assist in the planning and execution of impactful social media campaigns based on analytical insights.

Requirements

• Fluency in one or more Nordic languages (e.g., Swedish, Norwegian, Danish, Finnish) and English, both written and spoken.
• Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Marketing, Statistics, or a related field.
• Proven experience in data analysis, particularly within the social media or digital marketing sectors.
• Strong knowledge of social media platforms and their analytics tools relevant to Nordic audiences.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in data visualization software (e.g., Tableau, Google Data Studio).
• Strong communication skills, particularly in presenting data findings and insights to stakeholders.
• Ability to manage multiple projects independently while meeting deadlines efficiently.
