Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer support via phone, email, and chat in Portuguese.
• Assist customers with questions about our products and services.
• Effectively manage and resolve customer complaints to enhance satisfaction.

Requirements

• Fluency in Portuguese (both spoken and written) is required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Previous experience in customer service or support roles is preferred.
