Patrique Mercier Recruitment FR is excited to announce a vacancy for a German Speaking e-Cigarette Customer Support Representative in our Health Department. This role is perfect for individuals who are passionate about customer service and want to help others navigate the health aspects of e-cigarette products. You will play a crucial role in ensuring that German-speaking customers receive accurate information and exceptional support.


Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality customer support to German-speaking clients through phone, email, and chat, addressing their inquiries about e-cigarette products and health-related concerns.
  • Deliver clear and insightful information regarding product usage, safety tips, and health considerations associated with e-cigarettes.
  • Assist customers in troubleshooting issues and facilitate returns or exchanges when necessary.
  • Document interactions and customer feedback to continuously improve service quality.
  • Stay updated on industry regulations, health guidelines, and current trends affecting e-cigarettes.
  • Work closely with the health department team to maintain comprehensive product knowledge and enhance customer service practices.

Requirements

  • Fluency in German and English, with strong written and verbal communication skills in both languages.
  • Experience in customer service or support roles, preferably in the health or e-commerce sectors.
  • Familiarity with e-cigarette products and their health-related implications is a plus.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and a commitment to customer satisfaction.
  • Proficiency in customer support software and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Detail-oriented and capable of managing multiple inquiries and tasks efficiently.
