Responsibilities
  • Deliver outstanding customer service to Norwegian-speaking clients through various channels, including phone, email, and chat, effectively addressing their inquiries and concerns.
  • Assist customers with order processing, account management, and detailed product information.
  • Efficiently resolve customer complaints and issues to maintain high satisfaction levels.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure effective service delivery and product availability.
  • Document all customer interactions accurately and maintain records to support continuous service improvement.
  • Stay up-to-date on company products and policies to provide accurate assistance.
  • Actively seek customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and enhance the overall service experience.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Norwegian and English, both written and spoken.
  • Previous experience in a customer service environment is preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Familiarity with customer service software and proficiency in Microsoft Office is advantageous.
