Responsibilities
  • Provide outstanding customer service to Norwegian-speaking clients through various communication channels including phone, email, and chat.
  • Assist customers with technical inquiries, product features, troubleshooting, and account management.
  • Resolve customer complaints efficiently and professionally to ensure a high level of satisfaction.
  • Document all customer interactions accurately in the company's CRM system.
  • Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and service offerings to provide informed assistance to customers.
  • Collaborate with technical support teams to troubleshoot and resolve complex customer issues.
  • Enhance customer experience by actively listening to their needs and providing tailored solutions.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Norwegian and English, both written and spoken.
  • Experience in customer service, preferably in the electronics or technology sector.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a genuine desire to help customers.
  • Proficient in using customer service software and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Attention to detail with strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • A genuine interest in electronics and technology products.
