Job description

Patrique Mercier Recruitment FR is thrilled to announce a unique opportunity for a Finnish Speaking Customer Service Representative focused on an Anti-Financial Crime Unit. This position involves supporting clients and internal teams in mitigating financial crime risks while working in a dynamic and impactful environment.


Responsibilities
  • Provide excellent customer service to Finnish-speaking clients regarding inquiries related to anti-financial crime policies and procedures.
  • Assist clients in understanding compliance requirements and reporting suspicious activities.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to address client concerns and provide solutions efficiently.
  • Document and track client interactions accurately for compliance and reporting purposes.
  • Stay updated on industry regulations and best practices related to financial crime prevention.
  • Educate clients about the importance of compliance and the role they play in preventing financial crime.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing customer service delivery and policy compliance.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Finnish and English, both written and spoken.
  • Experience in customer service or compliance, preferably within the financial sector or anti-financial crime-related fields.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
  • Familiarity with compliance regulations and reporting processes is an asset.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and customer service software.
