This role is vital for individuals dedicated to supporting the fight against financial crime and ensuring compliance through excellent customer service.


Responsibilities
  • Provide outstanding customer service to Dutch-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat, addressing inquiries related to anti-financial crime initiatives.
  • Assist customers with reports of suspicious activity, fraud cases, and compliance-related questions.
  • Work closely with internal teams to investigate and resolve customer concerns effectively.
  • Document all interactions accurately and maintain detailed records in compliance with applicable regulations.
  • Stay updated on current regulations, trends, and tools related to anti-financial crime practices.
  • Support the development of educational materials to inform customers about prevention measures and compliance requirements.
  • Foster a professional and empathetic environment to assist customers in sensitive situations.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Dutch and English, both written and spoken.
  • Experience in customer service, particularly in financial services, compliance, or related fields.
  • Strong communication and analytical skills, with the ability to handle sensitive information discreetly.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to customer support.
  • Proficiency in customer service software and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and an understanding of compliance requirements.
  • A genuine interest in financial crime prevention and a commitment to ethical practices.
