Responsibilities
  • Provide outstanding customer support to Dutch-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat regarding aviation services and inquiries.
  • Assist customers with booking issues, flight information, and general aviation-related questions.
  • Handle customer complaints professionally, ensuring swift resolution and maintaining high customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and aviation partners to provide accurate information and resolve complex inquiries.
  • Stay informed on industry regulations, company policies, and aviation trends to assist customers effectively.
  • Document all customer interactions thoroughly and contribute to service improvement initiatives.
  • Foster relationships with clients to promote customer loyalty and satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Dutch and English, both written and spoken.
  • Experience in customer service, preferably within the aviation or travel industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in customer service software and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities.
  • A passion for aviation and a commitment to providing exceptional service.
