  • Document all customer interactions accurately and follow up on unresolved queries.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to address customer needs effectively and enhance service delivery.
  • Inform customers about available transportation services, safety protocols, and regulations.
  • Collect customer feedback to contribute to service improvements and operational efficiencies.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Dutch and English, both written and spoken.
  • Experience in customer service, preferably within the transportation or logistics sector.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Strong organizational skills with an ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient in CRM systems and standard office software.
  • Detail-oriented with effective problem-solving skills.
  • Flexibility to work varied hours, including weekends and holidays as needed.
