Job description

Patrique Mercier Recruitment FR is thrilled to announce an exciting opportunity for an Italian Speaking Customer Service Representative to join the Online Streaming Service Department. This position offers a chance to connect with Italian-speaking subscribers and provide exceptional support for their streaming experience.


Responsibilities
  • Deliver outstanding customer service to Italian-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat regarding their inquiries about the online streaming service.
  • Assist customers with account management, subscription details, and troubleshooting streaming issues.
  • Guide users through the platform, ensuring they understand how to access content and utilize features effectively.
  • Handle customer complaints and provide resolutions to ensure satisfaction and retention.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of streaming content, features, and promotional offers to provide accurate information.
  • Document customer interactions and feedback to continually improve service quality.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to address and resolve complex inquiries and technical issues.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Italian and English, both written and spoken.
  • Previous experience in customer service, particularly in the technology or entertainment industry, is preferred.
  • Strong communication skills and a customer-focused attitude.
  • Ability to troubleshoot technical issues and provide clear, understandable instructions to users.
  • Proficiency in customer service software and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Enthusiasm for streaming services and familiarity with current trends in entertainment is a plus.
