Patrique Mercier Recruitment FR is excited to announce a fantastic opportunity for a French Speaking Customer Support Representative to join the Transportation Services Department. This role is designed for individuals who excel at delivering exceptional customer service and are enthusiastic about assisting clients in navigating their transportation needs.


Responsibilities
  • Provide outstanding customer support to French-speaking clients regarding transportation services via phone, email, and chat.
  • Assist customers with inquiries related to bookings, schedules, service options, and policies.
  • Effectively resolve customer complaints and issues to ensure a positive experience.
  • Maintain thorough documentation of customer interactions and follow-up where necessary.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and transportation providers to ensure efficient service delivery.
  • Keep customers informed about available services, travel updates, and safety regulations.
  • Gather customer feedback and insights to drive improvements in service quality.

Requirements

  • Fluency in French and English, both written and spoken.
  • Experience in customer service, particularly within the transportation sector is preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused approach.
  • Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving capabilities.
  • Proficient in using CRM software and standard office applications.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and work efficiently under pressure.
  • Flexibility to work varied hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
