Our agency specializes in connecting talented professionals with leading companies, and we are looking for individuals who speak one of the Nordic languages to provide exceptional support to our clients. In this role, you will assist clients with their technical inquiries and issues related to online media services, ensuring customer satisfaction through expert troubleshooting and support. This remote position offers the flexibility to work from home while being part of a dedicated and diverse team.


Responsibilities
  • Provide technical support to Nordic-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot a variety of technical issues efficiently and effectively.
  • Deliver clear, step-by-step guidance to clients to ensure they understand the solutions provided.
  • Document all client interactions and technical issues accurately in the support database.
  • Collaborate with team members to escalate complex issues and improve service delivery.
  • Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction by providing friendly and professional service.
  • Stay informed about product updates and technology trends to assist clients effectively.

Requirements

  • Fluency in a Nordic language (Danish, Swedish, Finnish, or Norwegian) and strong proficiency in English; additional languages are a plus.
  • Experience in technical support or customer service is preferred.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills with a customer-focused mindset.
  • Familiarity with online media tools and current technologies.
  • Ability to work independently and thrive in a remote team environment.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends as required.
