Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality technical support to Portuguese-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat regarding fitness technology products.
  • Identify and resolve a variety of technical issues related to fitness applications and wearable devices.
  • Assist users through troubleshooting processes while ensuring clear communication and customer satisfaction.
  • Document customer interactions and solutions accurately in the support ticketing system.
  • Collaborate with product teams to share customer feedback for product enhancement.
  • Stay informed about the latest trends and features in fitness technology to provide knowledgeable support.
  • Conduct training sessions for customers on the effective use of fitness technology tools.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Portuguese and a strong command of English.
  • Experience in technical support or customer service, particularly within the fitness or technology sectors.
  • Strong interest in fitness and familiarity with fitness technologies, devices, and applications.
  • Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
