Responsibilities
  • Provide technical support to Slovak-speaking clients through phone, email, and chat.
  • Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve a variety of technical issues efficiently.
  • Deliver clear and comprehensive solutions to clients, ensuring they understand the assistance provided.
  • Document all client interactions and technical issues accurately in the support database.
  • Collaborate with team members to escalate complex issues and contribute to enhancing service delivery.
  • Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through responsive and professional service.
  • Stay updated with product knowledge and technological advancements to assist clients effectively.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Slovak and strong proficiency in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
  • Previous experience in technical support or customer service is highly desirable.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Familiarity with online media platforms and current technologies.
