Patrique Mercier Recruitment PT is actively seeking a dedicated French Speaking Customer Care Specialist to join our team remotely based in Greece. This role is perfect for individuals who are passionate about providing outstanding customer service and are fluent in French. As a Customer Care Specialist, you will play a crucial role in assisting our French-speaking customers, addressing their inquiries, and enhancing overall satisfaction with our services.


Responsibilities
  • Respond to customer queries via phone, email, and chat in French.
  • Provide support regarding product details, account management, and technical assistance.
  • Resolve customer issues efficiently while maintaining a high standard of service.
  • Document customer interactions accurately in our CRM system.
  • Collaborate with team members to escalate and manage complex customer issues.
  • Gather customer feedback to inform service improvements and customer engagement strategies.
  • Stay updated on company products and services to better assist customers.

Requirements

  • Fluency in French (written and spoken) and proficiency in English.
  • Previous experience in customer service or a related field is preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Ability to work independently and thrive in a remote work environment.
  • Detail-oriented with a strong ability to document interactions effectively.
