What You'll Be Doing

As a Customer Care Specialist on our team, you'll be the crucial link between the innovative, energy-saving technology and the customers who use it. You’ll support customers with general inquiries, billing and accounting issues, and app troubleshooting - using tools like Intercom and client’s internal backend system.

Here's how:

  • Deliver world-class support via email, chat and phone - adapting to the friendly, helpful tone of voice.
  • Empower customers by educating them about the products and services and resolving their issues proactively.
  • Dig deep into problems, using your detail-oriented mindset to investigate and resolve complex queries.
  • Keep learning, as smart home energy solutions evolve quickly and you'll need to stay current with product updates.
  • Document everything—maintain accurate records of all customer interactions and feedback.
  • Be the voice of the customer, sharing insights that can improve the products and service experience.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally, working closely with other teams to improve processes and increase customer satisfaction.


What Makes You a Fantastic Fit

  • Based in or near Zagreb, Croatia: Even though this position is remote, to ensure you master the necessary knowledge before you start working, you'll need to be able to attend a paid 5-week onboarding training in our Zagreb office.
  • Language skills: Fluent in German (C1) and proficient in English (B2 or higher)—both written and spoken.
  • Customer support experience: Minimum 1 year in a multichannel environment.
  • Empathy & communication: You're compassionate, a great communicator, and can put yourself in others' shoes.
  • Inquisitive, problem-solving mindset: Curious, analytical, and not afraid to explore multiple angles to find the best solution.
  • Tech-savvy: You're comfortable using multiple software tools simultaneously, including different CRMs and ticketing systems. You master new tools with ease.
