  • Address client inquiries and resolve issues promptly to enhance customer satisfaction.

  • Accurately document all client interactions in our CRM system to facilitate effective follow-up.
  • Assist clients in navigating our services and support them throughout their onboarding process.
  • Identify client needs and provide tailored solutions to improve their experience.
  • Engage in ongoing training sessions to stay informed about our products and customer support strategies.

Requirements

  • Fluency in French and English is essential.
  • Prior experience in customer support or a client-facing role is highly preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills with a strong focus on client satisfaction.
  • Able to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively in a remote environment.
  • Familiarity with customer support software and CRM systems is an asset.
