Responsibilities
  • Deliver high-quality customer support to Polish-speaking clients through various communication channels.
  • Assist customers with inquiries related to products, order issues, and service policies.
  • Effectively resolve customer complaints and ensure high levels of satisfaction.
  • Document customer interactions accurately to inform future service enhancements.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless and efficient customer service experience.
  • Stay updated on product offerings and company updates to provide accurate information to customers.
  • Encourage a supportive customer service environment that fosters trust and satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Polish and English, both written and spoken.
  • Previous experience in customer service, preferably in a remote role.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on customer experience.
  • Ability to handle challenging customer interactions calmly and effectively.
  • Familiarity with customer support systems and CRM tools is a plus.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
  • A positive attitude and a strong desire to assist customers in their journey.
