Responsibilities

Deliver exceptional technical support to Dutch-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat regarding various fitness technology products.
Effectively diagnose and resolve a range of technical issues related to fitness applications and wearables.
Guide customers through troubleshooting procedures, ensuring they have a clear understanding of the solutions provided.
Accurately document customer interactions and resolutions in the support ticketing system.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to relay customer feedback and assist in driving product improvements.
Stay current with industry trends in fitness technology to offer informed support and guidance.
Conduct informative training sessions to help customers make the most of their fitness technology tools.

Requirements

Fluency in Dutch along with a strong command of English.
Prior experience in technical support or customer service, preferably in the fitness or technology sector.
A genuine passion for fitness and a solid understanding of fitness technologies, devices, and applications.
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
