Patrique Mercier Recruitment PT is seeking a Dutch Speaking IT Services Representative for a leading tech firm, offering a remote work opportunity based in Greece. This position is perfect for individuals who are fluent in Dutch and are passionate about providing top-notch customer service and technical support. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting our Dutch-speaking clients with their IT-related inquiries, ensuring they enjoy a smooth and productive experience with our state-of-the-art products and services.


Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional technical support to Dutch-speaking customers through various communication channels such as phone, email, and chat.
  • Troubleshoot and effectively resolve a variety of IT-related issues and queries to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Educate clients on the usage of our products and solutions to help them maximize their benefits.
  • Document customer interactions and solutions accurately in the support system for quality assurance.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex technical challenges as necessary.
  • Keep clients informed about new features, updates, and best practices to enhance their overall user experience.
  • Participate in ongoing training to maintain updated knowledge of product offerings and industry trends.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Dutch and proficiency in English are required.
  • Experience in IT support, customer service, or a related field is preferred.
  • Strong problem-solving skills to address and resolve technical issues effectively.
  • Excellent communication skills focused on delivering outstanding customer support.
  • Familiarity with IT systems, helpdesk tools, and applications is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment and contribute positively to a team.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as required.
