Responsibilities:

  • Lead and supervise a team of customer service representatives, providing coaching and guidance
  • Set performance goals, monitor team performance, and provide constructive feedback
  • Handle escalated customer inquiries and resolve complex issues in a timely and satisfactory manner
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless communication and problem-solving
  • Develop and implement customer service policies, procedures, and best practices
  • Train new team members and provide ongoing training to enhance skills and knowledge
  • Analyze customer service metrics and performance data to identify trends and areas for improvement
  • Foster a positive team culture and maintain high morale among team members
  • Participate in hiring and onboarding processes for new customer service team members
  • Stay informed about industry trends and customer preferences to continually enhance services


Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree is a plus)
  • Proven experience as a Customer Service Team Leader or in a similar leadership role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
  • Ability to motivate and lead a team to achieve targets and objectives
  • Proficiency in customer service software and tools
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and quality
  • Ability to remain composed and make decisions under pressure
  • Previous experience in customer service is essential
  • Knowledge of CRM systems and customer service metrics is a plus
