Requirements

  • Fluency in Dutch and English is required.
  • Previous experience in customer service or support roles; experience in banking or finance is a plus.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle pressure with ease.
  • Excellent communication abilities focused on clarity and helpfulness in customer interactions.
  • Familiarity with customer service software; knowledge of CRM systems is an advantage.
