Responsibilities
  • Act as the primary point of contact for Dutch-speaking customers needing roadside assistance.
  • Assess client needs and coordinate the timely dispatch of assistance services.
  • Maintain proactive and clear communication with clients throughout the assistance process.
  • Collaborate effectively with service providers to ensure rapid and quality service delivery.
  • Document all client interactions and service requests accurately for oversight and continual improvement.
  • Collect and analyze customer feedback to identify opportunities for enhancing service quality.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Dutch and strong proficiency in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
  • Experience in customer service, ideally in a remote support role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Proactive problem-solving abilities with a focus on delivering exceptional service.
  • Familiarity with automotive services or roadside assistance processes is beneficial.
  • Must be based in Greece and willing to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
