Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer support to Spanish-speaking clients regarding domestic appliances.
  • Assist customers with inquiries about products, usage, warranties, and after-sales services.
  • Resolve customer complaints and technical issues with efficiency, ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Document and track customer interactions accurately, maintaining detailed records for future reference.
  • Collaborate with the technical team to escalate and resolve complex issues efficiently.
  • Stay informed about product knowledge, features, and specifications to provide accurate support.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of customer service by sharing insights and feedback.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Spanish and English, both written and spoken.
  • Experience in customer service roles, preferably in the domestic appliances or technology sectors.
  • Strong communication skills with a focus on delivering exceptional customer care.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to handle difficult situations gracefully.
  • Familiarity with customer support tools and CRM systems is advantageous.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
