Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality technical support to Portuguese-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware and software issues promptly and effectively.
  • Ensure a positive customer experience by delivering exceptional service.
  • Document all support interactions and resolutions accurately in the ticketing system.
  • Assist clients with software installations, configurations, and updates.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to escalate and resolve complex technical issues.
  • Educate clients on product features and provide training to enhance their usage.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Portuguese and a strong command of English.
  • Experience in IT support or a technical role is preferred.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
  • Familiarity with operating systems, software applications, and remote support tools.
  • Knowledge of technology-related sectors such as e-commerce or customer service is a plus.
