Responsibilities

  • Active listening to understand customer inquiries and provide effective solutions.
  • Maintain detailed documentation of customer interactions and resolutions in our ticketing system.
  • Assist with customer product installation, configuration, and usage guidance.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to offer customer feedback and identify areas for improvement.
  • Develop helpful documentation and resources to empower customers in utilizing their products effectively.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Portuguese and English is required.
  • Experience in electronics support or a related technical field is preferred.
  • Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Able to work independently in a remote environment while being a proactive team member.
  • Familiarity with electronic devices and customer support best practices.
  • Prior experience in technical support or customer service is a plus.
