Requirements

  • Fluency in one or more Nordic languages (Swedish, Danish, Norwegian, or Finnish) and a good command of English, both written and spoken.
  • Prior experience in customer service or support roles is advantageous.
  • Strong communication skills and a genuine passion for helping customers.
  • Ability to troubleshoot and solve problems effectively.
  • Familiarity with customer service platforms and CRM systems.
  • A proactive, self-motivated approach to learning and development.
  • Able to work independently in a remote environment while managing multiple tasks efficiently.
