Patrique Mercier Recruitment PT is on the lookout for a motivated German-speaking Technical Support Agent to join our remote team in Greece. You will provide exceptional support to our German-speaking clients, assisting them with inquiries and ensuring they have the best experience with our products.


Responsibilities
  • Deliver outstanding technical support to German-speaking customers via phone, email, and live chat.
  • Diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Guide clients on product functionalities and best practices to maximize their usage.
  • Coordinate with the technical team to address complex inquiries and provide feedback for service enhancements.
  • Maintain meticulous records of all customer interactions and technical issues in the support ticketing system.
  • Keep updated on product changes and industry trends to offer informed assistance.
  • Engage in training opportunities and contribute to team initiatives for process improvement.

Requirements

  • Fluency in German, with strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Previous experience in technical support or customer service is preferred.
  • Strong problem-solving capabilities and attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask effectively and work well in a remote environment.
  • Understanding of technical concepts and troubleshooting methodologies.
  • Experience with help desk software and customer relationship management systems is a plus.
  • A proactive attitude with a passion for customer service excellence.
